All are well chez Siren. She's lucky, and grateful. But her city is suffering.

The banner is not a movie, but a shot of a workman on the George Washington Bridge, circa 1930. It seemed appropriate.

The Siren misses her blog, as she always does when life drags her away, and she'll be back very soon.

Be back soon! Every morning I hope for a new post.

Hang in there.

Hope you'll be doing yet another Constance Bennett-related entry in honor of Connie being TCM's Star of the Month for November.

Come back soon. To be honest, I started reading this blog because of the subject matter--I love classic cinema--but now your writing style itself has me hooked. You could write about a stick figure flip book and I'd want to read it.

Worried that my favorite film blogger and her lovely family might be in trouble.

Glad to hear you are okay.

Hey,come on out to Tinsel Town where you can enjoy glamor, sunshine, and er, earthquakes.

Glad to hear you and your family are okay. It is really disturbing to hear the reports of damage, not only in New York but elsewhere. I guess it will be a while before things are back to normal, but I hope recovery efforts move forward quickly.
